Keno is one of the oldest gambling games in the world, with roots stretching back over two thousand years to ancient China. The concept is beautifully simple — pick your lucky numbers, wait for the draw, and see how many of your numbers come up. The more you match, the bigger your prize. At Laju8, we've taken this classic game and made it more exciting, faster and more rewarding for the modern Malaysian player.
One of the key reasons Keno is so popular in Malaysia is its flexibility. Unlike poker or blackjack, which demand deep strategic know-how, Keno can be enjoyed by anyone without having to learn complex rules. A university student in the Klang Valley trying a casino game for the first time can sit alongside a veteran player from Sabah — and both can enjoy the same experience without feeling out of place.
On platform Laju8, Keno rounds take place every 3 minutes — meaning there's always a new opportunity just around the corner. This is a world away from traditional lotteries that only draw once or twice a week. It's this pace of play that makes Keno at Laju8 far more thrilling — you don't have to wait days to find out the results; everything happens in real time, right on your screen.
What makes Keno at Laju8 offers multiple prize tiers. You don't need to match every number to win — even a partial match is enough to earn a reward. This layered prize structure means more players get to walk away with a smile, even if they don't hit every number perfectly.
